To ensure the integrity and quality of the review process, reviewers for our journal must meet the following qualifications:
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Reviewers should have specialized knowledge and expertise in the field relevant to the journal's scope. This ensures that they can provide informed and constructive feedback on the manuscripts.
- Professional Experience: Reviewers should ideally have substantial experience in research and publication within the field. While a minimum of 2 years and 5 publications are preferred, extensive experience and a strong publication record in relevant areas will also be considered.
- Academic and Research Qualifications: A relevant advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) is preferred. However, exceptional expertise and substantial experience in the field may also be considered as an alternative to formal academic qualifications.
- Commitment to Ethical Standards: Reviewers must adhere to high ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality and avoiding conflicts of interest. They should also be familiar with the publication ethics and guidelines of the journal.
- Availability and Timeliness: Reviewers must be able to commit to timely completion of reviews and be available to handle assigned reviews within the agreed deadlines to support the efficient publication process.
These qualifications are essential to ensure that our review process is rigorous and that published research meets the highest academic standards. For any questions or further information, please contact us at ijomm.ubb@gmail.com.
